This simple Windows application allows adding an unlimited number of items to a list and also organizing them in several categories, for making them easier to find in case we are talking about a large list. After installing the program using its simple wizard, one can start adding items to the shopping list. At first, all the items will be placed in the default program category, but the user can add an unlimited number of categories. Each item added to the list can have a barcode, quantity and various notes added to it.

For making it easier to organize a large number of lists, the program can display all of them using a calendar-like view. Besides that, recurring lists can be created, for saving time. The interface makes it simple to navigate through all the categories and shopping items. What's more, ListIt allows saving shopping lists as files, for reusing them later on and also printing them.

Using the options section of the program, one can configure it to automatically save the list at predefined intervals of time. This is useful in case the user forgets to do this manually. Besides that, the font can be customized.
